A 19 year career in the financial and capital markets, working for 4 global institutions in a variety of roles. Andrew has been an equity salesman and sales manager at Swiss Bank Corporation, Baring Securities, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and Merrill Lynch.

Wide-ranging international experience, both of markets and clients. Andrew covered PanEuro and Latin American equity markets during his career, and worked with clients in Asia, Europe, the United States, Latin America and the Middle East.

As Head of Merrill Lynch's Global Relationship Management Programme in the EMEA region from 2000, Andrew was responsible for the management of the firm’s most important investor client relationships, driving cross-selling and developing powerful analytical disciplines and methodologies.

Speeches, Presentations, Conferences and Roadshows have been a regular feature of Andrew’s management responsibilities. He has lectured at the Cranfield School of Management.

Business and senior management experience have informed Andrew’s consultancy practice. He has worked closely with Merrill Lynch’s senior executives on projects of strategic planning, client management and growth opportunities. He has authored business plans and has managed a diverse and multi-level workforce. His work with Holywell clients is orientated towards business results, and personal effectiveness in this context. He facilitates conferences and offsites, and is a motivational speaker.
